Background
The inception of 'Iolani Commercial Real Estate Finance is a culmination of more than a decade of experience focusing on impact-oriented endeavors. Growing up in Puerto Rico and living in Hawai'i as a resident for more than 15 years, I-CREF understands and empathizes with the pressures many face living in rural, high-cost MSAs.
As a partner to the community, I-CREF's affordable and workforce housing expertise in agency lending and capital markets executions is made available to those within the affordable, senior, healthcare, and workforce housing sectors. I-CREF's primary focus is addressing the housing crisis in Hawai'i and helping to ensure affordable housing access for those who need it most.
